Dr. Juliani offers both standard neurology and functional medicine. These are separate services with different billing, appointment lengths, and goals. Please read carefully before scheduling.

Neurology Care

Standard neurological evaluations and treatment for headaches, migraines, neuropathy, cognitive concerns, and more. Billed through your insurance like any specialist visit.

Functional Medicine

A deep-dive root-cause approach to neurological and systemic health. These appointments are conducted outside of insurance, giving Dr. Juliani the time and flexibility to investigate underlying drivers of your condition.

Dysautonomia & POTS — comprehensive autonomic evaluation
Comprehensive evaluation and longitudinal care for patients with persistent, overlapping or difficult-to-explain symptoms
Evaluation and treatment of anxiety and insomnia
MTHFR evaluation, expanded laboratory testing for nutritional deficiencies, chronic inflammation, autoimmune conditions such as Lupus, Celiac disease, and autoimmune thyroid disease, as well as evaluation for prior or persistent infections
